Our History
1965
With just 82 households, the congregation took a bold step of faith. In January YEAR, members gave sacrificially to fund the construction of a new church. Some families even assumed additional financial responsibility to help make the vision possible. Although weekly attendance averaged fewer than 500 people. The founders built a sanctuary seating 1,200. Their decision reflected deep trust in God’s calling and a strong belief that this place of worship would serve future generations.
1968
The opening of the sanctuary marked a season of renewed growth and momentum. The church focused on strong biblical teaching, meaningful worship, and intentional ministry development. Emphasis was placed on children’s and youth programs. With clear communication, compassionate care, and outreach beyond church walls. These early priorities formed a ministry foundation that shaped the church’s identity and guided its growth for years to come.
1997
In January YEAR, a new chapter began as longtime leadership transitioned. And the church entered a renewed season of growth. Under new pastoral direction, the congregation embraced strategic planning that strengthened intergenerational involvement. Also, expanded engagement beyond church walls. Focus was placed on spiritual formation, ministry alignment, and outward service. A renewed commitment to worship, personal growth, and community service guided this season. This reinforces core ministry values while preparing the church for broader influence.
2015
The church marked its fiftieth anniversary in YEAR. Reflecting on decades of faithfulness and steady growth. This launched a huge period of expansion, both in physical presence and mission reach. New locations were established to serve growing communities. While existing campuses underwent renovation to support ministry needs. Improved facilities allowed the church to serve better across many regions. This strengthened outreach efforts. And positioned the ministry for continued growth in the years ahead.
